Week Two

I hope week One was not too hard on you. If you taken care for at least five meals a day and you’ve drank enough water, than you should be fine. Sometimes when you feel that you’re hungry, it might be just the message that you need to drink more. Of course I am talking about drinking water and not something else! This week is your assignment to add some sporting to your daily rhythm. What sport, activity you’re going to pick is on you. If you are a total beginner, than start with a fast walk or run in a combination with the walk. Make sure you sweat, start breathing heavily – wake up your muscles! ;) Whatever you’re going to do – do it 3 – 5x per week. And most important – Don’t give up!
