First of all, what does it mean and presents the name? “Vers” means in Dutch “fresh”, so the whole name presents kind of “Fresh in Rotterdam”. This is our healthy lunchroom. Our concept is that all the food (except the bread) is home made, fresh, with no preservatives and “chemical” stuff. Most of the ingredients are biological or otherwise at least fair trade. We don’t sell any sodas and fake drinks, we make our own vitamin water, ice tea, smoothies and freshly squeezed juices. Beside we offer also fair trade coffee and biological loose tea.

As food wise we offer every week three new soups, three new salads, we have different sandwiches, yoghurts and “raw” cakes. All the recipes are our own recipes; some of them will be shared within this blog as well.

We are friendly for vegetarians and vegans, to those who are on paleo, gluten free, lactose free, less salt and no sugar diet. We are perfect address to those who live on principle of clean eating and those who simply like healthy food.
