Get back on track!

Dear followers,

 

first of all I owe you a huge apologize! I know it seems like I abandon you, the blogging and the whole “thing” behind it but it’s not really like that.

I had a difficult month behind me and I am happy I can finally start putting myself back on track. Our shop took me way too much time, way too many things that needed to be arranged, places to go and things to do. The last month was full of challenges (not in the good way), stress, too little zzz’s and my energy is on a very low point at the moment.

It will take me some time to recover and to pull myself back on the right stage but I am ready. I am ready to do anything to get my energy levels filled up, my body the proper rest and my mind the right food.

But enough about me, I am not writing this to feel sorry for me, it’s about the opposite. I know for myself that I am a very, very strong person and will make it through, but at the same time far the best what I am doing. Living on the “edge” can cause you a huge amount of health. The down thing is, that this is something I know damn good but I still do it.

In this case, I am turning to all of you, who feel less strong to learn from my own mistakes. I am going on, I will take care and fix what I am destroying for years now and I would like to know if you’re with me?

I am opening a new “thing”, don’t want to call it a challenge, because I don’t want you too feel challenged but I hope you will find yourself as well. Let’s finally learn to love and respect ourselves and let’s start listening what is that our body needs!

This path is going to be focused of “feeling better, feeling good”! Let’s run together, exercise together, cook together, remind ourselves about the inner beauty – let’s support each others!heart-01

I want this month to be all about the motivation and support. Are you with me? We can do it, because together we are stronger! Let’s meet up, let’s go out together, let’s talk, share the advices, post pictures, trust us your happy or sad thoughts, burdens, struggles, anything you want. Let’s join and do this together!

I have lots and lots to share and lots and lots to give and if I can do it than I know you can do it as well.

I am asking again – are you with me? Let’s do this! We all deserve to be happy 😉

The idea behind this “thing” is, that we stop forgetting about ourselves, that we put our own happiness on the first place, that we figure it out, what is it that we’re searching for, that we start respecting the mirror image and that we stop with judging and follow the “unreality” that we confront ourselves on a daily base by social media, magazines, TV, etc. It’s time for YOU and YOU only!
