Awesome to see you here, reading my “smart-ass” tips. No, I mean it. I am really happy to have you among these beautiful, happy, crazy, excited people. It’s fun when doing crazy stuff together and easier when learning new ones. So, I hope you’re staying, are you? Where are you going? You will stay right? Uff, you’re just getting a cup of coffee, ok, don’t scare me anymore ok?

But let’s get serious about this whole deal.

First of all, you should know that you’re not obliged to do anything. You as well don’t need to agree and you’re more than welcome and free to express yourself and tell us what is that you’re struggling or disagreeing with. You’re welcome! It’s a free world.

But yea, we were starting something. Oh yes. What is this whole thing about it.

  1. First of all, it’s a step by step guide to a better lifestyle. Baby steps to a healthier habits and that includes not only weight loss, getting fit but as well to work in a relax mode. To work with our mindset, to recognize the messages body is giving us etc. But all that in a human, slow way, so that the body and the mind has time to absorb, adjust and except the changes.
  2. Nowadays is so much information about this and that. Maybe too much, what causes us to feel confused and not knowing anymore what to believe in.
  3. It’s totally normal that you react like this. But don’t panic.
  4. I decided to do this in lot of steps. Because it’s the best way to slowly adjust to the changes, because you can take time to absorb and actually understand what does it mean and how it can help and because we’re just human and we have way to many other things in our head. We don’t need an extra worry and we most definitely don’t need the whole book full of Do’s and Don’ts.
  5. And because we want journey to be fun, to insert the joy on our list, because the lost time will never come back. We live now, this moment, this minute. Remember, really important – don’t do things that make you feel uncomfortable!
  6. Again – you, yourself and you only is who matters. Working on yourself is the best project you can work on and by being happy and loving yourself will make all other things to fall into a perfect puzzle.
