Frozen Yoghurt Bark

(gluten free, refined sugar free, healthy eating)

Easy peasy recipe. It’s nothing special, but it’s very nice. Or let say – something different than just a yoghurt. It’s quick to make and it’s easy to store it for longer. You just might as well trick the kids with the “yoghurt ice cream”. 😉

Frozen bark

Let’s make it.

Ingredients:

–       500g Greek yoghurt 0%

–       60g honey

–       Bowl of favorite fruit; fresh, frozen, frozen 100% puree or freezer dried fruit

How to:

Take a big bowl and put in the whole yoghurt. Add the honey and mix it well. Taste it. If “sweet” enough, add the fruits. If not, add more honey.

ingredients

I added the whole and frozen blueberries. If you go for frozen puree, you should try to blend it first, apart from the rest and then add it to the yoghurt.

Take a dish/tray/plate/cake model and cover it with baking paper. Spread the mixture over it – not more than 2-3 cm thick. Cover with the plastic folia and put it in the freezer. Wait for about 4 hours (depend how thick is your bark).

When frozen, take it out of freezer and break it on smaller pieces. Just by hand. Take as much as you feel like eating. The rest put it in the bucket with the lid and freeze it in. Voila!

TIP! Don’t keep it out of freezer for too long, because it will melt. Enjoy it directly out of freezer.
