There is a saying “You are what you eat, so don’t be fast, cheap, easy or fake.” I agree with the first part of the sentence but I can’t say that for the second part. Because there is definitely food we can make it fast, there is also food we can make with cheap ingredients and there are lots of recipes that are easy to make. But, there wont be any fake ones! ;)
