Yoghurt dip

However, with yoghurt you can mix all kind of herbs and spices and make it either savory or sweet version of it. I am giving here couple of examples, which one will you choose; is then up to you.

–> For all of them you need 0% fat Greek yoghurt, 500 mL (500g)

–> All of them a healthier alternative to less healthy options that you buy at the shop

 

SAVORY VERSIONS

  1. Green yoghurt dip (for crudités)

–       smaller bunch of fresh parsley

–       smaller bunch of chives

–       1 clove of garlic (garlic in powder is good as well)

–       black pepper

–       ½ lemon juice

  1. Red Spicy yoghurt dip (for chicken wrap, falafel wrap)

–       red pepper in powder

–       pinch of salt

–       dry chili

–       black pepper

  1. Healthier Cream sauces (for tuna wrap, for grilled salmon)

–       smaller bunch of fresh dill

–       capers

–       corn

–       ½ lemon juice

 

SWEET VERSIONS

  1. Chocó Loco (with fresh strawberries)

–       1 tsp of pure cacao powder

–       1 tsp of date syrup

  1. Spiced fusion (topping for fruit salad)

–       cinnamon

–       pinch of nut meg

–       1 tsp of coconut flour

–       1 tea spoon of palm sugar (refined sugar)/honey/raw agave syrup
