Yesterday you said tomorrow

Do you know the saying;

“ You don’t have to be great to start – you have to start to be great!”

Do you know the meaning behind it? Every start is hard, maybe frightening, stressful and not attractive as well. But do you remember when you had to go first day to a new job? “Oh, do I know everything, what about if they wont be happy with me, what if…” Or do you remember your first step on the skis? Well, not everybody gets the same feelings, there are also people who are stressing about something new, but in a positive, exciting way. However. Just try to think of the moments when you’re determined what you’re going to do, but not this moment, not today, not this week, but…tomorrow.

One thing you have to do. Set a dead line. You need to circle that number on the calendar when you are going to bring changes into your life. you need to decide when is your “D-day”. Then follows the mental preparations.

Stick to the plans you’re making for yourself. As long as they’re realistic. Because by now I think you know already that there is no magical pill which one will transform you in a day/week. Bringing changes into your lifestyle and noticing them takes time. Realize that and don’t let this discourage you. Keep on going! You have to start, to become great! 😉

So which day is your dead line?
