Clean Eating journey

Like said in the title, clean eating is a journey and not a “one time thing”. We need to learn, we need to adjust and we need eventually accept it. Clean eating is a way of living, is a lifestyle and it’s a habit.

 

“Motivation is what makes you start it and Habit is what keeps you going.”

 

Stay on track, put yourself some limits, and allow yourself a cheat meal. Search for alternatives. Experiment, be explorer, creative and most important enjoy while doing it. Be happy of every little change that you notice and build big ones by collecting the small ones.

Keep on going – because you can! Get rid of excuses and start working on your own project, on “yourself” project. Because you deserve it and because it’s yours and yours only. Keep yourself motivated by motivating others. Get that power and strength, because you can build something beautiful and to be proud of.

Love you guys, I enjoy reading your e-mails and private messages. don’t be scared, you’re not alone and don’t look at the “no” to a unhealthy snack as it is the end of the world, instead be proud on yourself of being able to say no and actually feel better about it!
