Breakfast Bowl

For the last few years I always take care that I eat breakfast. I will always find time and I will always wake up on time to make sure I can eat it. Once it becomes your habit you wont be able to skip it. I even wake up hungry, so I can’t wait too long before I can sit down and enjoy it. 🙂

I eat different, I have times when I have eggs, times when I eat oats in different combinations and I have times when I drink breakfast smoothies. Lately is this one most common.

 

BREAKFAST BOWL

 

–       home made muesli or gluten free oats

–       1 whole banana

–       1 scoop of protein powder (if I was at the fitness the day before, otherwise I skip it)

–       1 small scoop of frozen berries

–       1 tsp cinnamon or sometimes cacao powder

–       honey for those who like it sweet

–       water (you can also replace it with yoghurt, milk or nut milk)

———> let is “soak” for about 10 minutes

–       roasted walnuts if I have only oats, otherwise there is enough nuts already and I add them just before I eat, so that they stay crunchy

 

This kind of breakfast keeps me full for few hours and it’s delicious. It gives you more than enough energy to start up the day. Easy and quick to make it!
