These Chinese spices turns truffles into an amazing and very tasty treat. In a combination with coconut flour and cacao powder it’s just another flavor experience. 6 parts of star anise (or 2 parts of anise seeds)
1,5 parts of fennel seeds
½ parts of szechuan peppercorns
¾ parts of ground cloves
