Quick Morning Smoothie
Yesterday I had a quite late breakfast. And that was because I finally had a free day after a couple of weeks. Being an owner of a shop can exhaust you and your energy is very important. When awake I though of a nice smoothie, so I opened the fridge and checked what can I mix and match.
Luckily I was evening before at the market and got some nice avocados and passion fruit. Delicious combination. Avocado makes it creamy and passion fruit fresh and juicy. Berries are something that is always on stock in my freezer. Further I added following items:
SMOOTHIE “A-La-Minute”
– 1 small avocado
– 1 banana
– cup of raspberries
– 2 passion fruits
– coconut water
It was awesome, it was fresh, it was creamy and filling smoothie. I loved it and it was exactly what I needed it at that moment.
How to make a smoothie?
- choose fruits and vegetables (1:1 or 1:2 or 2:1)
- for creaminess take avocado and or banana
- choose sweeteners – honey or ripe banana or agave (if necessary)
- choose liquid – coconut water or nut milk or yoghurt or fresh fruit juice
It’s a great start of a day.
