Stock Food Items

There are few items you should always have on stock. And these are:

 

Group One:

–       frozen berries

–       coconut oil

–       date syrup, agave syrup, honey

–       cinnamon, 5 spice, Speculaas spices

–       pure cacao powder

–       nuts & seeds & dry fruits

–       oats

 

Group Two:

–       coconut water

–       avocado

–       banana

–       lettuce

–       vegetables

–       cottage cheese, quark, yoghurt

 

I divided them into 2 groups. Group One is awesome because it last “forever” and its no excuse to not have those items on stock at all times. Group Two are items that eventually do go bad, but keeping an eye on them will keep you on a healthy eating track.

With these 2 groups of items you can always eat healthy, you can always cover breakfast and lunch meal and even snack in between! How easy is that?
